Lauri Accardi is a dynamic and accomplished professional with over 25 years of experience in the technology industry, specializing in project, program, and portfolio management. As the Founder and Chief Vision Officer of CataPoint Consulting, LLC, Lauri leverages her deep expertise to empower organizations through program management, leadership training, agile rollouts, and Scaled Agile (SAFe®) certification classes. Her innovative approach and commitment to operational excellence drive substantial business value and project velocity for her clients.

 

Previously, Lauri served as the Director of Program Management at Comcast for the Experience Design global organization, where she demonstrated exceptional leadership and a relentless drive for organizational success. Her strategic vision and operational expertise were instrumental in transforming key programs and initiatives, aligning them with Comcast’s broader goals.

 

In addition to her professional achievements, Lauri is dedicated to continuous learning and academic excellence. She is currently pursuing concurrent MBA and Masters in Strategic Management and Executive Leadership (SMExL) degrees at Penn State World Campus. Her outstanding academic performance has earned her induction into the Phi Sigma Pi National Honor Fraternity and the Sigma Nu Tau Entrepreneurship Honors Society. Recognized for her leadership qualities, Lauri was honored with the Overall Student Leadership award among over 20,000 World Campus students.

 

An active and engaged member of the academic community, Lauri serves on the Student Advisory Board and chairs the Academic Affairs Committee, working tirelessly to enhance the academic experience for her peers. Her passion for teaching and sharing knowledge extends beyond the classroom, as she continuously seeks to inspire and mentor aspiring professionals.

 

Lauri’s leadership extends to her role as President and Secretary of the Board of Directors for The Children’s House of Bucks County, the area’s longest-standing Montessori school. In this role, she has successfully guided the school through significant challenges, including preventing its closure through strategic process enhancements and change management. Her inclusive leadership has led to the retention of key staff and the introduction of new membership levels for staff, fostering a stronger community.
