Previously, Lauri served as Director of Program Management at Comcast, leading strategic initiatives for the Experience Design global organization. With a track record of delivering high-impact solutions across industries, Lauri’s expertise spans strategic program execution, business agility, organizational change management, and leadership coaching. Her ability to bridge the gap between business objectives and operational execution makes her a sought-after advisor, trainer, and mentor for executives and teams navigating complex transformations.

Lauri holds an MBA in Corporate Innovation and Entrepreneurship and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Strategic Management and Executive Leadership (SMExL) at Penn State World Campus, set to graduate in December 2025.
