Previously, Lauri served as Director of Program Management at Comcast, leading strategic initiatives for the Experience Design global organization. She was instrumental in aligning cross‑functional teams, optimizing workflows, and driving large‑scale transformations that improved collaboration, execution, and customer experience at scale.​

Lauri holds an MBA in Corporate Innovation and Entrepreneurship and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Strategic Management and Executive Leadership (SMExL) at Penn State World Campus, set to graduate in December 2025. Her academic excellence and leadership have earned her prestigious recognitions, including induction into the Phi Sigma Pi National Honor Fraternity and the Sigma Nu Tau Entrepreneurship Honors Society, as well as the Overall Student Leadership Award among more than 20,000 Penn State World Campus students.​

 

She complements her degrees with a broad portfolio of professional certifications, including CCMP, PMP, PMI‑ACP, Disciplined Agile, advanced Scrum credentials, and Lean Six Sigma belts. As the President and Secretary of the Board of Directors for The Children’s House of Bucks County, the region’s longest‑standing Montessori school, she has led strategic initiatives that prevented the school’s closure, improved operational processes, and strengthened its leadership team.​

 

She is also an active advocate for chronic illness and rare disease communities, supporting organizations such as the American Migraine Foundation, The Ehlers‑Danlos Society, and serving on the board at CHBC. This advocacy reflects the empathy, resilience, and long‑term commitment she brings to her clients and their teams.
